CECILIA MURTAZA Y ASOCIADOS CIA. LTDA through it's immersion program is interested in expanding the Latin culture and language through social and cultural activities, sports, cooking, tourism, etc.

Our home is located in the modern city of Quito (La Mariscal-business area). It is a quite and safe place. Our location makes it easy to reach different places like restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, bars and public transportation.

It is an elegantly furnished condo, that is fully equipped with modern and sophisticated amenities. Its bedrooms have private, complete bathrooms. Our condo has a nice dinning area, spacious living room and full kitchen. There is also a fabulose terrace with great views of the city skyline and surrounding mountains (Cotopaxi and Pichincha); besides, it is very private, so if you want to relax and read, get a tan or surf the internet then that is the place to enjoy.
